● Get Comfortable
Find a comfortable position, whatever way suits you best. Close your eyes, and prepare to begin.
● Breathe with Intention
- Inhale deeply through your gut, and on the exhale, repeat the sentences out loud and with conviction.
● Relax and Calm the Mind
- Inhale deeply again, and on the exhale, repeat the sentences out load and with conviction.
Keep repeating as such.
Closing
As you continue to breathe, allow these mantras to resonate within you. Feel the calming energy, observe the tranquility spreading through your body.
