CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM!
Breathing and posture truly determine how the nervous system register and send information to the brain, the brain of course: reacting accordingly..
Deep breathing and relaxation activate the other part of your nervous system, the parasympathetic nervous system, which sends a signal to your brain to tell the anxious part that you're safe and don't need to use the fight, flight, or freeze response. Deep breathing gets more oxygen to the thinking brain.
Deep breathing can help lessen stress and anxiety. By breathing slower and more deeply from your stomach, you signal your nervous system to calm down.
Don't know how?
Inhale 3 sec through the nose, exhale 4 sec through the mouth, and simply: keep repeating. Easy huh!👌

Does posture influence the nervous system?
Poor posture puts your spine in a stressful position, changes the biomechanics of the spine, and alters the way your body functions. This interferes with your nervous system and puts pressure on the nerves which can cause pain. Only 10% of your nervous system is capable of feeling pain.
When you slouch, inevitably your head goes forward. As this occurs you will affect a nerve called the Vagus Nerve, and it will not work effectively. The Vagus nerve acts to help counteract your adrenal system – your fight or flight system of the body.
So what's typical good posture?
Your ears should line up with your shoulders, that means no leaning forward. Your shoulders should be pulled back and sit in the middle of their sockets. Some people have a habit of protracting (or rounding) their shoulders. Your feet should rest flat on the floor.
And what ever you do, don't lean into your hips.. it's a guaranteed road to sciatic pains.
