Watapana Wellness, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during your Daycation. You hereby waive any and all claims against Watapana Wellness and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims arising from your participation.

The liability waiver covers a range of activities that participants might engage in during a Daycation. Here are some specific activities that can be included:

3. Themed Experiences:

Cancellation Policy

At Watapana Wellness, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be flexible while ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Notice:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled Daycation.

2. Refunds:

If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, your payment will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within 48 hours, we regret that no refunds can be issued.

3. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your Daycation, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time based on availability.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations:

In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will work with you to either reschedule or provide a full refund.

A legal disclaimer will be handed upon arrival. You will be asked to Fully read and read out the disclaimer, and will be recorded on video and seen and heardagreeing upon by signing the waver by both parties.
