Description of Go Pass:
- The Go Pass is a PERSONAL digital 10-turn punch card that offers SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS on both 60-minute and 90-minute treatments, which may be permitted to be shared.
Therapeutic Intent of the "Go Pass" Program:
The "Go Pass" is expressly designed as a therapy program aimed at facilitating significant, sustainable improvements in the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of participants. It is not intended as a discount for leisure or recreational purposes. The primary objectives of the "Go Pass" are to:
● Provide structured therapeutic interventions that align with each participant's personal health goals.
● Ensure access to targeted therapies that support long-term wellness and improvement.
● Foster a supportive environment conducive to healing and personal growth.
Participants acknowledge that their use of the "Go Pass" is aligned with these therapeutic objectives and not for leisure or discount purposes. Misuse of the "Go Pass" outside its intended therapeutic scope will result in revocation of program privileges.
Pricing and Discounts:
60-Minute Treatment Package: Ten (10) sessions at a discounted total price of $550 (originally $700). A savings of $150.
90-Minute Treatment Package: Ten (10) sessions at a discounted total price of $750 (originally $1000). A savings of $250.
Client’s Commitments:
- The Client agrees to attend at least one (1) session monthly while under this therapeutic program.
Benefits:
- No Expiration: There is NO TIME LIMIT on the usage of the Watapana Wellness Go Pass. (This clausule may relieve said client from the monthly visiting obligation in case of FORCE MAJEURE situations such as Sickness, vacations, birth and loss in family. An appointment will be rescheduled accordingly to maintain optimal well-being improvements as explained in section 1.)
- Customization: Receive personalized homework and maintenance instructions tailored to individual needs.
- Flexible Treatment Options: Clients may change treatments at any time, choosing from ‘BODY&Mind,’ ‘Skin Care,’ or ‘Body Works (Personal Training).’
- Gift Option: Clients may give a treatment as a gift. The Client retains a stamp, and the recipient receives a customized Gift Voucher. A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for gift requests.
Conditions:
● The Go Pass is a PERSONAL package serving as a PERSONAL 10-TURN contract.
● The Go Pass may not be altered or refunded after purchase.
● This pass cannot be used in combination with other discounts/promotions.
● Sharing the Go Pass is prohibited unless permitted by Watapana Wellness for individuals sharing the same household (e.g., spouse, children, boyfriend/girlfriend, roommates, colleagues).
Miscellaneous:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Client regarding the Go Pass.
- Any modifications or exceptions to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Watapana Wellness - Go Pass Sharing Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made in accordance with Aruban laws by and between Watapana Wellness (“RONALD EEDENS”) and:
