Mct oils have ketones in it.

Now with all the damage done to our brain because of all the sugars and stress we pump in continuously, the brain cells simply can't get enough fuel and die.

But when you introduces ketones it immediately goes right in and gives energy!

There is absolutely no resistance to ketones!

In conditions of low carbohydrate intake or fasting, the body uses ketones as an alternative energy source to glucose.
